  • How do I begin with arranging a Dietitian Consultation?

    • Step 1 : Contact our Clinical Coordinator via our chat or visit our Partners facilities to initiate the process.

    • Step 2: Upon understanding on your case, our Clinical Coordinator will assign a best suit Dietitian who are experience in handling your case. 

    • Step 3: Remeds dietitian will contact you to arrange a suitable date and time for the consultation at your most convenient.

  • What is included within the charges for consultation?

    • For the session you are expecting a comprehensive diet plan as details as the meal design from breakfast to lunch, tea break to snacks upon understanding on your case scenario.

    • You may also share about what you like and any known allergies, so that our dietitian can assist you to plan for the most enjoyable meal.

  • How qualify are your dietitians?

    • Each of our dietitian is registered with Malaysian Dietitians' Association and has vast experience in both community healthcare facilities and hospital. With  broad exposure to different products in market, we are confident to pin point the most suitable products for you and your family members.

  • Can I pick a Remeds dietitian that follow up my case before?
