How do I begin with the rental process?

Step 1 : Contact our Clinical Coordinator via our chat or visit our Partners facilities to initiate the process

Step 2: Sign Rental Agreement, make payment, and confirm the delivery time and dates with Remeds Clinical Coordinator.

Step 3: Sit home and relax, rental equipment will be sent out as fast as within same day!

Why is hospital mattress not included in the rental package for Hospital Bed?

Due to hygienic purposes, and also as every patients may have different requirements on the mattress he/she is using. Thus we are not doing rental for Hospital Mattress currently.

Choice of diffrent mattress including High PU Mattress, Diamond Ripple Mattress and Tubular Ripple Mattress. Speak to our Clinical Coordinator to pick the best suit mattress for your family member!

My family member are discharging from hospital today afternoon, how fast can your Hospital Bed/Oxygen Concentrator be delivered?

The cut off time for same day delivery will be on 3pm on each day(excluding public holidays).

If I am living in apartment buildings with no lift accessible, can my Hospital Bed be delivered?

Additional RM 50 will be charged for each storey upwards, with a maximum of 5 storey. Please inform Remeds Coordinator upon ordering if extra manpower needed.

Is there any deposit needed for the services?

Yes, security deposit applies for rental services. The security deposit will be maintained by Remeds to apply against any lost or defective. It will be release by bank transfer within 3 working days when rental charges are cleared and the equipment is returned in good condition.

When and how should I make payment for extending the period of rental with Remeds?
