The Elderly Fitness Personal Trainer Boot Camp is a comprehensive, hands-on program designed for personal trainers, healthcare professionals, and anyone passionate about movement, led by LKK Wellness, a trusted elderly fitness brand from Taiwan.

This is the first-ever international edition of the program, taught directly by the professional instructor team from Taiwan, bringing proven training methods to Malaysia for an international-level learning experience.

It’s more than just a course — it’s a transformative training journey that takes you from foundational knowledge to real-world application. This is a practical, in-person training designed to help you become a confident and capable elderly fitness trainer. Over three intensive days, you’ll be guided step by step through structured learning and hands-on coaching.

You’ll cover everything from elderly fitness fundamentals — including assessments, risk management, the 6 fundamental movement patterns, program design, nutrition and supplementation, to communication and client relationship building.

Led by instructors from LKK Wellness (Taiwan) and PhysioGym (Malaysia), this program blends international best practices with local context,  ensuring what you learn is practical, applicable, and impactful.

Whether you want to upgrade your current skill set, expand your career path, or simply support the older adults around you, this boot camp is the key first step toward making a meaningful impact.

Day 3 - 30th November 2025

  • Build trust, enhance engagement, and support long-term client retention.

  • Practical Review: Apply everything learned in realistic 1-on-1 and group coaching scenarios.

  • Q&A + Certification Ceremony: Final Q&A and official recognition as an Elderly Fitness Personal Trainer Lv1.

Over three structured and progressive days, you won’t just learn how to teach movements, you’ll understand why behind them, and how to adapt for seniors with different physical and health conditions.

By the end, you’ll walk away with both practical skills and certification, ready to:
