With the rapidly growing elderly population, helping seniors exercise safely and effectively is no longer just a rehabilitation issue, it’s a key part of the future fitness and health industry.
Many seniors want to exercise but face real barriers:

Fear of injury

Lack of trained coaches who understand elderly physiology

Standard gym programs don’t meet their needs

The Elderly Fitness Personal Trainer Boot Camp is a comprehensive, hands-on program designed for personal trainers, healthcare professionals, and anyone passionate about movement, led by LKK Wellness, a trusted elderly fitness brand from Taiwan.
This is the first-ever international edition of the program, taught directly by the professional instructor team from Taiwan, bringing proven training methods to Malaysia for an international-level learning experience.
It’s more than just a course — it’s a transformative training journey that takes you from foundational knowledge to real-world application.
