This training camp aims to equip participants with the practical skills and foundational knowledge required to safely guide older adults towards stronger, healthier, and more independent living.

The Elderly Fitness Personal Trainer Boot Camp is a comprehensive, hands-on program designed for personal trainers, healthcare professionals, and anyone passionate about movement, led by LKK Wellness, a trusted elderly fitness brand from Taiwan.

Organized by PhysioGym Academy in collaboration with Taiwan’s 【練健康】, this program combines movement science, functional training, and practical coaching systems specially developed for the middle-aged and elderly population.

About LKK Wellness

LKK Wellness, founded in Taiwan, is a professional organization specializing in functional training and rehabilitation for middle-aged and elderly individuals. Since 2019, LKK Wellness has hosted the annual Santa Claus Weightlifting Competition, a joyful event that encourages seniors to embrace exercise through fun and strength — celebrating its 6th edition in 2025 as one of Taiwan’s most iconic senior fitness traditions.

With movement science at its foundation, LKK Wellness has developed a structured system of education and assessment. For the first time, LKK Wellness brings its acclaimed training system overseas, partnering with PhysioGym Malaysia to cultivate professionals who combine movement science with eldercare understanding — advancing the standard of elderly fitness training across the region.

Over two structured and progressive days, you won’t just learn how to teach movements, you’ll understand why behind them, and how to adapt for seniors with different physical and health conditions.

Face-to-Face Workshop

The main language of instruction will be Mandarin, with basic English support provided.

  • 3-day intensive live (face-to-face) training

  • Conducted by Taiwan LKK Wellness authorized instructor.

  • Modular learning covering assessment, training, nutrition & practical applications

  • Completion PT T-shirt

  • Upon completion, participants will receive the Elderly Fitness Personal Trainer Lv.1 official certificate from LKK Wellness, serves as the foundation for future advanced courses
