Recovery after a stroke, surgery, or chronic condition can feel overwhelming — for both clients and families. Many are told to “exercise more,” but few know what to do, how much is safe, or how to actually see progress. At PhysioGym, we’ve designed structured, condition-specific rehab programs that go beyond basic recovery. Whether you’re rebuilding after a health event or working to prevent further decline, we’re here to guide you every step of the way.

Every program includes:

  • Physio Sessions — licensed physiotherapists assess your stage and progress, adjusting your plan for safe, effective gains.

  • 1-on-1 Personal Training Sessions — where real transformation happens. Trainers tailor workouts to your condition and recovery pace, pushing you forward step by step.

  • Unlimited Gym Access — practice independently anytime during your program to accelerate results.

12 Weeks | 6 Physio + 24 Personal Training | RM 2,300

Research shows that in the first 3–6 months after a stroke, your brain is most ready to rewire itself—and structured rehab can cut long-term disability by nearly 50%.

Our NeuroGain stages take you from sitting balance to independent walking, with clear milestones, Licensed physiotherapists check in every two weeks to make sure you’re hitting your them. Each phase builds on the last—ensuring your brain and body relearn together.

We start with a thorough physiotherapy evaluation—checking your blood pressure, breathing mechanics, and heart rhythm. From there, 12 one-on-one training sessions guide you through low-impact circuits, interval walking, and specialized breathing drills. With continuous vital-sign monitoring, your trainer adjusts every workout to your comfort and progress.
